TERMS OF USE

By purchasing and downloading from MFC you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to our Terms of use. MFC reserves the right to alter the Terms of Use at anytime.

GENERAL

​

Premium License - valid for ONE PERSON on unlimited devices. If more than one person will be using this products, each person must purchase a separate license.

​

No Credit License - is an add-on to either a Premium or Corporate License which allows commercial use of purchased graphics without giving attribution or credit. Premium or Corporate License sold seperately.

​

Mass Production License - is an add-on to either a Premium or Corporate License which allows commercial use of purchased graphics for up to 1000 instances / products. Premium or Corporate License sold seperately.

ACCEPTABLE USES:
• Unlimited projects for yourself, family members, and friends - made by you
• Projects for Limited Commercial Use* to be sold to customers - made by you

​

NON ACCEPTABLE USES:
• You may not share, trade, lend or otherwise distribute original MFC images or files, individually or as part of a package, even as a gift or freebie.
• This is a “One Person Only" license. You may not allow more than one user to access or use items downloaded/purchased to make projects for personal or commercial use

• Purchase of MFC graphics does not transfer any copyright or ownership to the buyer.

  • You may not share, trade, lend or otherwise distribute original MFC images or files, even as a freebie

  • One person's - personal projects) are included for all listings

  • You must not (with or without alterations) claim MFC images as your own, either explicitly or implicitly

  • Print on demand items for PERSONAL USE, one-off items only are OK. Do not make MFC images visible to the public

  • You may not use MFC images for anything relating to mature or pornographic content, hate groups, or violent organizations

  • If using MFC images for branding, you must not use them in a way that suggests MFC endorses a specific person, product or website

  • MFC graphics must NOT be extractable or editable by others

 

COMMERCIAL

  • MFC graphics must be used as part of a new & unique design that includes other elements and your own design ideas | Using MFC graphics alone is prohibited

  • MFC graphics must be flattened (selling layered files is prohibited)

  • MFC graphics must NOT be extractable or editable

  • Digital products for sale must be for PERSONAL USE ONLY and labeled as such

  • Small Business Use is included in all listings for up to 250 ITEMS

  • Extended Commercial Use License available upon request

  • Credit | Attribution MUST be given for ALL Commercial Use (see exemptions below)

  • Handmade Products

  • Printed Products

  • Digital Products

  • Graphic & Web Design

  • Teacher Resources

 

YOU MAY • NOT • SELL

​

  • Original MFC image files

  • Clipart sets, digital paper sets, digital scrapbooking kits or similar

  • Embroidery pattern files, wallpaper, wrapping paper or washi tape

  • Felt plushies or felt plush patterns

  • Fabric for sale by the yard. Personal use, or to make a handmade product for sale is OK.

  • Print on Demand site usage is PROHIBITED i.e. Redbubble, Zazzle, Society6...

  • Vector (SVG, AI, EPS, DXF, etc.) or cutting files

 

CREDIT | ATTRIBUTION

  • Credit MUST be given for ALL Commercial Use unless clearly specified in listing title and/or listing description

  • NO CREDIT LICENSE sold here:

Corporate License - allows unlimited users, within one company/household use of purchased graphics on unlimited devices. This is not a No Credit License. This is Not a Mass Production License.

  • All items in MFC shop are DIGITAL DOWNLOAD ONLY | no physical items will be sent

  • You are purchasing a LICENSE to use My Favorite Clipart images


WHAT YOU • ARE NOT • BUYING

  • Watermark

  • Fonts used in listing photos

  • Elements used for display such as plants, sample video, props, background, etc.

  • Purchase of MFC graphics does not transfer any copyright or ownership to the buyer.

  • individually saved (excepting eps)

  • saved in ZIP folder as needed for ease of download

    • Please make sure that you know how to use ZIP files and listing file types before you purchase.

 

HOW TO USE ZIP FILES

  • Download purchase

  • Right mouse click on zip folder

  • Choose "Extract All"

  • Choose a destination folder

  • Click the "Extract" button

  • Open destination folder that you chose to find your graphics
